Your personal property manager will be responsible for the following:

• Periodic inspection of property interior and exterior.
• Check for signs of leaks and outages.
• Make sure property is secure.
• Monitor all contracts for the property checking on the performance of all service providers.
• Communicate with the property owner regarding any repair or maintenance deemed mutually necessary.
• Maintain inventory, if required.
• Coordinate with licensed real estate sales person to list property for sale or rent.
